Paul, Lorraine, Cameron and Caleb McCaw are looking forward to Christmas 2023 at the Belfast City Mission’s Mayo Street Hall. The family have sent us this latest report and prayer points.
They write:
“Immanuel (God) has certainly been with us as we serve in Mayo Street Belfast City Mission Hall! It has been a blessed year with new ventures. We have been very encouraged with numbers attending Hope Youth, Kids Club, Mums And Young, and Sunday School. However, as always, we would love to have more attending our Sunday Services. December is here again and our calendar is pretty full of planned events. Please pray for the following activities:-
- BCM CHRISTMAS GIFT APPEAL – 4th & 5th & 11th & 12th December 2023
- MYO STREET CHRISTMAS FAIR – 8th December 2023
- MUMS AND YOUNG ONES CHRISTMAS PARTY – 12th December 2023
- STRANMILLIS INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS CHRISTMAS DINNER – 13th December 2023
- MAYO STREET CHRISTMAS LUNCH – 14th December 2023
- SUNDAY SCHOOL CHRISTMAS PARTY – 16th December 2023
- HOPE YOUTH CHRISTMAS TRIP – 16th December 2023
- SUNDAY SCHOOL CHRISTMAS SERVICE – 17th December 2023
- KIDS CLUB CHRISTMAS PARTY – 20th December 2023
- CAROLS BY CANDLELIGHT SERVICE – 22nd December 2023
As we had a fantastic number attend our Carols by Candlelight Service last year, we have decided to hold it on a Friday night again. It will be on Friday 22nd December 2023 at 7.00pm. We have been practising a song for the Sunday School and Kids Club children to sing on that night, so our prayer is that the kids will make their parents bring them along! Please pray that this will happen and parents will hear the gospel message this Christmas!
