The next meeting of the Gospel Music Club NI is planned for Friday 6th November 2026 and will run from 7pm-10pm.
As always, the location will be Trinity Methodist Church and Community Venue, Ballymacross Ave, Lisburn.
Looking to what will be a super night, Alan Murphy, who organises the Club told us: “Revival is a Country Gospel Trio consisting of Gordon and John Wallace and Andrew. They sing mainly in mission halls within County Down and are extremely busy.
Gordon is also a presenter of Country & Southern Gospel (CASG) internet radio and has a large worldwide audience.
Also taking part will be Lynda Lindsay who was one of the solo singers for Voices Of Praise choir for many years and also a church organist. Lynda is also the organiser of a large Gospel concert in Enniskillen every year.
Billy Wilson is one of the praise leaders at Christ Encounters Tabernacle (CET) in Gilford and has a wonderful country sound. Billy has recorded numerous Gospel CD’s over the years. Three of our regular members will also be taking part.
Graham Murphy is an extraordinarily gifted pianist and he promises to play “The Holy City”. Jim Lonsdale has just returned from the National Quartet Convention in the USA and always gives a top-class solo performance.
John Walker is a gifted singer and guitarist, but best known for his virtuosity on his midi accordion. John will be giving us an instrumental Gospel Medley.”
Tea and coffee will be served all evening. (Optional charge: £3 per person.)
Choir practice gets underway at 6.15pm and new members are welcome.
