A Community Service of Thanks for Business will take place at West Presbyterian Church, Ballymoney Road, Ballymena on Wednesday 9th November 2022 at 7:30pm with refreshments served at 8:30pm.
The Service has been organised by Ballymena Church Members Forum in partnership with others as it’s Chairperson, Jennifer McLernon, explains:
“Prompted by one of our faithful members we at Ballymena Church Members Forum, have come together with Ballymena Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ballymena BID, the Interethnic Forum and local clergy in arranging a service to celebrate the local community and in particular our business sector. Rev Daniel J Kane and Session of West Church, Ballymena have kindly agreed to host this event.“
Jennifer continued, “We are all impacted in some way by the local business sector, whether as a business owner, manager, employee, supplier or customer. I would therefore encourage you all to consider joining with us on Wednesday evening 9 November 2022 in West Church. This will be an interdenominational, cross community event so do not hesitate to invite family, friends and neighbours regardless of tradition or culture. And don’t forget the smaller local businesses that serve you well in your neighbourhood.
“Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served in the church hall after the Service of Thanksgiving”, added Jennifer.
