InSpire Kids Trail launching at Belfast Cathedral

Saturday 31st August 2019

InSpire Kids Trail will launch at Belfast Cathedral on Saturday 31st August 2019

Belfast Cathedral recently partnered with Sean Greer Design in an effort to open the Cathedral space up more to families and schools. Funded by the Church of Ireland Priorities Fund, this project has enabled the Cathedral to develop an offering for children which will allow them to interact with the Cathedral and learn more about its history, something they did not have before.

The InSpire concept, drawing on the Cathedral’s unusual architecture and the desire to have children and adults engage more with the space, was developed by Sean and Clare Greer, who’s dedication to the project stemmed from the idea of creating a visitor experience they will enjoy and remember.

By creating a fun and new experience for families, the Cathedral wants to encourage visitors to view this space as their own to explore and be proud of, creating new memories that they’ll cherish.

Through the InSpire Kids Trail, children (and adults!) will be inspired by their surroundings, discover something new, and will use their imagination to connect with the rich heritage of the Cathedral.

The Cathedral says, “On Saturday 31st August, come along to the launch of the InSpire Kids Trail. Bring your family and friends to explore Belfast Cathedral. For large bookings please contact lorna@belfastcathedral.org”

Normal admission fees apply.

The InSpire Kids Trail at Belfast Cathedral will officially be launched on Saturday 31st August 2019.

Please join with other visitors to the Cathedral to celebrate this new development throughout the day.
