Week of Prayer | New Dawn Evangelical Fellowship

Broughshane based New Dawn Evangelical Fellowship are organised a Week of Prayer. It will run from Monday 25th until Saturday 30th June 2018.

The venue for these will be Broughshane House, located on the village’s Main Street.  Each day throughout that week there will be an early morning Prayer Meeting at 6:00am. This will be followed by an evening gathering at 8:00pm.

Explaining why these are being planned, Gary Lamont told The Church Page:

“The need for prayer is something which the Lord has really focused our little Church on over these past number of months. As we look around we see so much going wrong in our society. We are faced each day with an unending flow of bad news and negativity. It makes us really despair and fear for our future.”

“However, we have hope today, because the Bible tells us in 2 Chronicles 7:14 that ‘if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land”.

A Week of Prayer | New Dawn Evangelical Fellowship, Broughshane | Monday 25th to Saturday 30th June.

“With this in mind, we have been led of the Lord to arrange a week dedicated to prayer! These meetings are open to all who know and love the Lord Jesus Christ as their own and personal Saviour. It is indeed our heart’s desire that many Brothers and Sisters from local Churches will come and unite with us as we place our trust in God to save our wee land and pour out His blessings into our communities”, added Gary.
