‘In Our Hands, For This Time’ – Tearfund and Evangelical Alliance event // Saturday 7 March 2026

Tearfund (NI) are delighted to be hosting an event, in partnership with the Evangelical Alliance NI, to mark International Women’s Day 2026.
The theme will be ‘In our hands, for this time’ to coincide with the overarching IWD theme, ‘Give to gain’.

It will take place at Emmanuel Church in Lurgan on Saturday 7th March 2026 from 2pm-4pm.

Revealing more about the day, a Tearfund NI representative told The Church Page: “We will be joined by Becky Ingamells (Head of Church Partnerships for Tearfund), who will encourage us to think about how we can give to others simply by using what we currently have in our hands.
We would love for you to join us for coffee, cake, and conversation as we celebrate! Why not gather your friends and enjoy a special afternoon together?”
