The Mayor of Mid and East Antrim, Alderman William McCaughey, has met with those organising the ‘Rebuilding the Walls’ 52 Days of Prayer initiative in the Braid Town Hall, Ballymena.
He said “It was a privilege to meet them. The prayer time commenced on 18th April and will, each day, bring prayers for the many drugs issues facing our town. Prayer time is between the hours of 12 and 1pm every day and is open for anyone to call in and contribute for as long as they are free.
I want to thank Norman Worthington, Jonathan Leakey, and everyone else involved for their commitment in organising this much needed time of prayer for our town.”
