‘Honouring Your Story’ – The Next Step in the Journey’ is the title of the latest ‘Despising The Shame’ event being organised by Progeny NI. It will take place at Cullybackey Elim Church on Wednesday 14th May 2025. Doors open at 7pm with the event starting at 7:30pm
‘Despising The Shame’ is a voice of hope and healing for those recovering from sexual, physical and emotional trauma. A spokesperson told us:
“We would like to invite you to our next ‘Despising The Shame’ event taking place on 14th May. This is for those with a story of sexual, physical or emotional trauma. An opportunity to continue your journey of healing through quiet reflection, prayer support, hearing the stories of others and opportunities to access support.”
“We pray that this will be a space of quiet reflection as others share their stories of recovery.”
