World Day of Prayer Service for Ballymena at St Patrick’s Parish Church, Ballymena // 1 March 2024

The annual World Day of Prayer Service for Ballymena will be held in St Patrick’s Parish Church, Castle Street, on Friday 1st March 2024 at 8pm.

Material for the gathering has been prepared by an ecumenical group of Christian women from Palestine; the land where Jesus was born and where He ministered in died.

A spokesperson for the organisers told us: “We are part of a great wave for prayer, joining with people in over 146 countries and islands around the world. Beginning as the sun rises over Samoa ending back in the Pacific as the sun sets over American Samoa, to pray with and for the women of Palestine.”
