Habitat NI launches Youth Build 2019

This is a fantastic opportunity for our young people to help transform lives in some of Europe’s poorest communities, while at the same time transforming their own. As a previous Youth Build participant said, “Habitat Youth Build has shaped me into the best version of myself and I am so privileged to have been part of such an incredible project.”
In 2018, nearly 120 young people from across Northern Ireland participated in the programme. They learnt more about global development and got a better understanding of the impact of poverty. At the same time the trip helped to break down barriers and build relationships which helps to change perspectives here at home.

Habitat for Humanity is a Christian housing organisation. They welcome people of all faiths and none to help build a world where everyone has a decent place to live.

Habitat NI Youth Build 2019 trips will take place in late June and July 2019. Find out more about the costs and get answers to some FAQ here. You can also watch a short video here.
