2017 Belfast Cathedral Music Festival

The following two events are part of the 2017 Belfast Cathedral Music Festival. 

  • June 17th 2017 at 7:30pm – An Evening with Members of New Irish Choir and Orchestra.
  • June 18th 2017 at 7:30pm – Steeton Male Voice Choir & Special Guests The Clare Chorale.

2017 Belfast Cathedral Music Festival

These two musical evenings are part of the 2017 Belfast Cathedral Music Festival which runs from 12th – 18th June 2017. The festival will feature ‘a feast of talent’ and includes opera, jazz, choirs and much more. All of this taking place in the fantastic surroundings of St Anne’s Cathedral, Belfast.

The 2017 Belfast Cathedral Music Festival will include performances from members of New Irish Choir and Orchestra on Friday 17th June. Steeton Male Voice Choir & Special Guests The Clare Chorale will perform on Sunday 18th June.

2017 Belfast Cathedral Music Festival

New Irish Arts Choir and Orchestra is well known for performing at large events. For example, their Christmas performance in the Belfast Waterfront each year. This event will be a unique and much more intimate event featuring a smaller group of their singers and players. On this night expect an eclectic mix of choral and contemporary Christian music.

2017 Belfast Cathedral Music Festival

Steeton Male Voice Choir & Special Guests The Clare Chorale. “This will be a night to remember as the Belfast Cathedral Music Festival brings together two of the best choirs from each side of the Irish Sea.” Steeton Male Voice Choir are based in the village of Steeton in Yorkshire. They will celebrate their 110th anniversary in 2018. The Clare Chorale are based in Ballyclare, Co. Antrim, and are a mixed voice choir. They sing at many engagements throughout the province and were recently selected to take part in BBC Songs of Praise.
