Grab Your First Coffee On Monday Mornings

Are you one of those people who dreads Monday morning? You trudge back to work on Monday morning following the school-run performed twice because your little cherub forgot their schoolbag!
Maybe you face the weekly grocery shop, a day of hoovering or a utility room full of unwashed laundry?
If so, why don’t you nip down to Meetinghouse Lane for half an hour and grab a coffee, tea, a scone or a tray-bake?
There is no set charge – just a plate for voluntary donations.

Event organiser, Hilary McCluggage told The Church Page: “It’s a great way to get to know other Church members, especially the older ones. We have three entrances into our building and you don’t always get to meet everyone on a Sunday.”
“We also have several regulars from other Churches who all enjoy the friendship and the craic”, smiles Hilary.
Monday 3rd October 2016 will be a particularly special morning as all donations received will be given to Macmillan Cancer Care – there may even be a slice of two of cake!
