Prayers of Blessing for Ballymena launch new theme at their next meeting.

Prayers of Blessing for Ballymena will take place on Friday, 5th October 2018 and will continue on a monthly basis. As usual, the prayer time will run from 12.45pm to 1.30pm. This time, the group are set to gather at a new location and unveil their theme for the next twelve months.

Revealing more, Jonathan Leakey told The Church Page: “On Friday, 5th October we will be gathering to pray, for the first time, in the Studio Theatre at the Braid Arts Centre, Ballymena. It is up to the left behind the Visitor & Tourism Shop as you enter the Braid.”

“October is the month we launch our new theme and semi-structured liturgy of prayers and readings for the new season. Our theme this year will be a Heart Cry for Mercy for the Land. We will be asking God to have mercy and forgive us for our sins as individuals, communities and nation, to rescue and deliver us from those cycles of sin and wrong mindsets that grieve the heart of God, and to heal and restore all that is broken in our town, borough and land”, added Jonathan.

Everyone is welcome as Prayers of Blessing for Ballymena launch new theme at their next meeting on 5th October.

An offering will be taken up at the end of cover the cost of running these monthly services.
