We’re seeking someone gifted, enthusiastic, and committed to Jesus to help us lead community initiatives, disciple newcomers, and equip others for gospel shaped ministry.”
The role of Mission and Discipleship Worker will focus on:
• Mission – engaging the community through outreach projects and partnerships
• Discipleship – mentoring new believers and strengthening pathways of growth
• Training – equipping volunteers for sustainable ministry
• Partnership – building links with schools, community groups and other churches
This is a full time role (37.5 hrs/week) and will include evenings & weekends.
PCI Band B salary (based on experience and qualifications)
3 year fixed term contract (with 6 month probation), and a possibility of an extension.
