Christian Aid Ireland sends huge thanks to their fabulous supporters at Ballynure Presbyterian Church in south Antrim who dedicated their weekly ‘coffee-after-church’ to raise funds for Christian Aid Week.
Julie Richardson, Christian Aid’s representative at Ballynure, even decorated each fairy cake with the Christian Aid logo, made from edible icing.
A spokesperson for Christian Ireland told The Church Page: “Like all our representatives, Julie is passionate about the work of bringing hope to people living in poverty and crisis. She especially enjoyed our Supporter Conference in March, an event we hold annually to prepare our reps and organisers for Christian Aid Week – and recommends it to anyone who’s never been.
Please join us in thanking Julie and everyone at Ballynure for their support for our work.”
