Eduard Klassen in concert – retiring offering in aid of Mission Possible’s projects in Colombia.

Eduard Klassen in Concert | Mission Possible

Eduard Klassen is a Paraguayan folk harpist who now lives in Canada. He tours the world bringing his unique blend of music and chat. You will be in for a treat if you come along to any one of the three concerts! As well as playing a variety of Christian harp music from South America he is also a fantastic story teller. Hear his testimony and stories of how God worked in his life, starting with his boyhood years living in the Paraguayan wilderness. Get a taste of what to expect on his YouTube channel here.

The retiring offering at all three concerts will support the work of Mission Possible. They are a Portglenone based Christian charity who work with Street Children in Bogota, Colombia. They currently have two facilities to take in children off the street, one for girls, one for boys. These homes offer the children a safe place to live and also provide food and education for them, all in a Christian environment. Recently they have also opened a cultural centre in a huge slum area of Bogota which is helping to bring hope to an area which had little or no hope. Again this offers daily feeding programmes and a safe place for the locals to come to. It has also been able to bring a Christian witness to the 800,000 people who live there, an area where up to now has had no evangelical presence at all.

You will also hear a short presentation of Mission Possible’s projects at all of the concerts. Find out more on their website here.
