Members of the Gospel Music Club Northern Ireland are looking forward to their next meeting on Friday 5th September 2025. As usual, it will take place at Ballynahinch Baptist Church, BT24 8BL from 7pm-10pm.
Alan Murphy, who organises the club, is looking forward to another amazing evening.
He told us: “The Gospel Music Club has a superb evening planned for 5th September 2025 at Ballynahinch Baptist Church. Warren Smyth and his band Avoda are all excellent musicians and are one of the biggest and best groups around. Extol is an extremely talented four-piece Gospel group. The two ladies have sung in Whitwell Metropolitan for many years and the pianist of the group is an exceptional player who will also perform an instrumental on the evening. Joy McIlwrath needs no introduction to the Gospel Music Club, Joy has an amazing voice, and also an excellent pianist. Of course, we have lots of audience singing throughout the evening led by five of our best singers and the music provided by our backing band led by our musical director Graham Murphy on piano. One of our best evenings with such exceptional guests is one not to be missed.”
Admission has been set at £3 (optional) at the door and includes Tea & Coffee.
Choir practice begins at 6.15pm and new members are always welcome.
