Gospel Music Club Northern Ireland meeting // Friday 6 March 2026
Members of the Gospel Music Club Northern Ireland are looking forward to their next meeting on Friday 6th March 2026. As usual, it will take place at Ballynahinch Baptist Church, BT24 8BL from 7pm-10pm.
Alan Murphy, the man behind the club, is excited about what’s in store.
He told The Church Page: “The Gospel Music Club is delighted to have what is arguably Northern Ireland’s two best Gospel Music soloists on the same evening. Alex Robb from Belfast who was the lead singer with the Harvesters for many years later branched out into his solo ministry while recording countless CD’s over the years.
Three years ago, the GMC had a Christmas special ‘Alex Robb and Friends’ but for the first time he is returning with his Gospel set, it will be so special.
Kirsten McMullan is returning to the GMC for the third time. Kirsten has been working for the past two years in the USA in an evangelism role, and has recently returned to her home in Martkethill and is now in a similar role. Kirsten’s concert for her last CD was an instant sell-out, selling over 300 CD’s in one evening. Kirsten has an incredible voice, the GMC will again be amazed with her singing ministry.
Blessed Assurance is a Quartet group whose members attend Larne Mission Hall. This is their first time to the GMC and will complete a superb line-up for the evening. This will be one of our best ever GMC’s – one not to be missed.”
Admission has been set at £3 (optional) at the door and includes tea & coffee.
Choir practice begins at 6.15pm and new members are always welcome.
