Study First Corinthians at the Timeless Theological Academy, Ballymena // Starting Mon 12 January 2026

The team at the Timeless Theological Academy (TTA) are looking forward to welcoming students old and new on Monday 12th January 2026 to begin a six-week course on Paul’s first letter to the Corinthians. The start time will be 7.30pm and the address is 42-43 Larne Street, Ballymena.

Headmaster at TTA, Dr Thomas Todd, is looking forward to delivering the sessions.
According to Rev Dr Alistair Bates, a Volunteer Lecturer at the Academy, this course is one not to be missed.
He said: “I have sat in during the previous delivery of this programme, and it is nothing short of a fantastic learning experience. Thomas is an excellent lecturer who also has vast pastoral experience. He is well able to blend together some of the major challenges that Paul deals with in First Corinthians and to demonstrate to a class just how relevant those issues currently are today. Thomas encourages us to make a biblical response to those challenges.”

Alistair went on to say: “It is wonderful to have the likes of a Thomas Todd who has both the academic credibility but also pastoral experience and credibility to navigate some of those discussions that happen.
Students have always, the opportunity to ask any questions to involve themselves either in discussion if that’s what they would like to do.”

He added: “The course offers a tremendous opportunity for people, without them having to pay the significant fees that would be associated with those types of courses. Everyone who attends can derive significant benefit from fellowshipping and learning together with other students and not having to travel too far to access some great courses.”

The cost of the course is just £25 per student. Remarkably, the fee includes a full six weeks of teaching as well as tea or coffee each night.
