‘A Time For Choosing’ at Green Pastures Church, Ballymena // Sun 2 – Wed 5 February 2025
A Gospel Mission will take place at Green Pastures Church Ballymena from Sunday 2nd to Wednesday 5th February 2025. The theme of the mission is ‘A Time Of Choosing.’
On Sunday 2nd February 2025 at 6:30pm, mission goers can hear from Marc Taylor.
When Marc was diagnosed with cancer and his life expectancy was short Marc felt hurt very poignantly. Determined that the Lord spared him he would go and set up a charity that would bring together a diverse people and expertise for families in similar situations.
Hope2Families is the result and so the beginning of a ministry that shares the good news of Jesus even in the midst of bad news.
On Monday 3rd February 2025 at 7:30pm Lee McClelland will be the speaker. Pastor Lee will share the incredible story of the hand of God on his life battling cancer at a young age and being one of the first people in Northern Ireland to end up with COVID-19, a worldwide story of hope proceeds.
When a cleaner visited the hospital room and prayed for Pastor Lee, a miraculous healing took place. You will hear of the miracles that the Lord’s work through pastor Lee, starting a ministry that would see him reach drug addicts across the city and the ups and downs of working with people in addiction.
On Tuesday 4th February 2025 at 7:30pm, the speaker will be David ‘Packie’ Hamilton. David is a former paramilitary now Presbyterian minister who spent his life preaching about the transforming power of God in his life.
On Wednesday 5th February 2025 at 7:30pm, you are invited to Tough Talk. Tough Talk and made-up of a small group of men from some unsavoury backgrounds, but each with powerful testimonies of the life changing power of the Holy Spirit. They are honest, motivational, inspirational and challenging, and share to many what they believe to be the simple life changing message of the gospel and the good news of Jesus Christ.
