Alpha Course at Ballyloughan Church, Ballymena // launch date Thursday 1st February 2024

An Alpha Course is set to launch at Ballyloughan Church, Doury Road, Ballymena on Thursday 1st February 2024. It will run on each subsequent Thursday of the month and is completely free to attend.

What is Alpha? Alpha is a series of interactive sessions exploring the big questions of life in an open and friendly environment. Alpha has been running all over the world for the last couple of decades in churches, pubs, prison, and homes where almost 30 million people have taken part and loved the experience.

What happens at Alpha? Each session includes an engaging 30-minute film on various topics, food and then some discussion – a place where you can ask questions, delve into different issues and find out what others think. No question is off the table.

Who’s it for? Alpha is for anyone who’s curious – whatever your experience of church or none.
