Our friends at the Loan Mission Hall outside Cullybackey are planning a Coffee Morning & Open Day on Saturday 10th September 2022 from 9am to 12 noon.
On that day, visitors will be able to see all the renovation work that has been undertaken at the Hall over the past few months.
As Joe Martin praised God for His provision throughout this project, he revealed just how much work had been completed: “Following the completion of re-wiring work and the installation of a lovely new kitchen, the floor was concreted and insulated. In addition, the walls have been drylined and skimmed. All the internal and external doors, skirting and architraves have been replaced. Drylining work to the toilet and cloakroom has also been completed.”
Joe and the team are also very grateful to everyone who has supported the renovation initiative, either by attending one of the fundraising events, lending a hand with manual labour or by making a financial donation.
The Loan Mission Hall truly is a place where everyone is welcome. You can go along wearing your best suit or jeans and a t-shirt – it makes absolutely no difference.
Very soon, it is hoped that meetings will recommence where visitors can hear from a wide variety of Christian speakers, singers and others who will testify about what God has done in their lives.
Looking ahead to the Open Day, Joe added: “We would be delighted to see you all coming to see the hall and indeed enjoy coffee and buns with us.”
