The Rev Canon Derek Kerr will be putting his collection of Royal memorabilia on display in an exhibition launching on 13th May and running until 22nd May 2022 in Drummaul Parish Church hall, Randalstown.
The exhibition will celebrate Her Majesty the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, and will raise funds for the Parishes of Drummaul, Duneane and Ballyscullion, with 10 per cent of monies donated going to the Salvation Army in memory of the late Aurelia Kelly.
Enthusiast Derek has been collecting all things Royal for the past 30 years, and his collection contains around 500 items – the oldest being some jugs dating back to Queen Victoria.
The Royal memorabilia exhibition will be launched on Friday 13th May, and will be open on 14th and 15th, 21st and 22nd May 2022 from 2pm-5pm and from 7:30pm-10pm. It will be open in the evenings Monday to Friday 16th-20th May from 7:30pm until 10pm, although visits outside of these hours can be pre-arranged.
