Paul, Lorraine, Cameron and Caleb McCaw are continuing to serve at the Belfast City Mission Hall in the Mayo Street area of the city. It’s great to read their latest positive and upbeat report of how God is blessing their ministry in the Mayo Street area.
The family are keen to tell how God has blessed them in recent months.
They write: ‘God has richly BLESSED us over these past few months both in the city and in the country! We had very well attended activities at Mayo Street in June, July and August, where kids and their families came along for food, fun and fellowship! We were especially BLESSED with a good number of families attending our Family Service at the end of August.
We too have been BLESSED, at home in the country, with a summer of fun with our boys and God’s amazing provision for us, as a family. Cameron was BLESSED with excellent AS results and passing his driving test, as well as turning 18!!!
‘We have been BLESSED this month with the start of Sunday School. We had 18 on the first day which was really encouraging. Please pray that our Mums And Young Ones and Kids Club will get back up and running in October.
‘BLESSINGS have also came our way in the form of funds. We have been able to get a grant for Kids Club, held a Fundraiser in Mayo Street, and we took part in a car boot sale (Thank You Shirley!). These funds will all help greatly as we serve the Lord in the city.
‘We also have been BLESSED with good health over this time of Covid, and we praise God for His protection upon us.
‘God willing, on Sunday 26th September 2021 at 6.00pm, we will be holding our Harvest Service. The speaker this year will be Harold Baxter, a friend whom we served in SU with over many years. If you are free, we would be very BLESSED to have you join with us.
- BLESSED by God’s amazing provision for Mayo Street!
- BLESSED to have Sunday School recommence and new helpers.
- BLESSED by good health.
- Pray for restrictions continuing to ease so things can start up again!
- Pray for new faces to attend our Harvest Service!
- Pray for those who have showed an interest in attending our Sunday service will take the first step and come along!’
