REST
It’s 1st July – so happy holidays to all the teachers, pupils and students who read The Church Page. We hope you have a relaxing time and get some rest.
At church yesterday we were thinking about the meaning of Sabbath and the importance that God puts on rest. Then on my journey home I saw the banner with the following verse which emphasised the point (thanks Cullybackey Reformed Presbyterian Church!)
Jesus said, “Come to me, all who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
Matthew 11 v 28
