It’s July – schools are off for summer, most church organisations are taking a break and many of us will go on holiday. Hopefully we can all enjoy some time off this month and get a chance to relax and unwind.
Throughout July our verse of the week will be centred around what the Bible says about rest and relaxation. Starting with this verse, where Jesus says,
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you REST.”
