An Evening Of Song And Celebration With Voice of Hope Choir
Formed in January 2006 under the direction of Alyson Reid, this dynamic Gospel group now comprises over 100 voices, and is made up of people from churches local to Ballymena, as well as some from further afield. Since it’s formation, the choir has held a number events, in Wellington Street Presbyterian Church, High Kirk Presbyterian Church, All Saint’s Church, Ballymena, The Braid Arts Centre, the new Wellington Presbyterian, St. Anne’s Cathedral, Belfast and most recently in Ballymena North Business & Recreation Centre, all of which have all proved extremely popular with audiences.

The choir has raised over £80,000 for worthwhile causes including Macmillan Cancer Care, Marie Curie, Tear Fund, Asha, Lifeline, The Smiles Foundation, and Radio Cracker.  Recently, they have been helping Raise The Roof Kids Choir to build a Primary School in Gulu, Uganda for hundreds of vulnerable African children.
